The Catholic Charismatic Renewal Services of Canada (CCRSC) is the recognized National Service Committee (NSC) for anglophone Canada. This body is a channel of communication between the International Catholic Charismatic Renewal Services (ICCRS) in Rome and the participating regional or provincial service committees that make up the NSC.
CCRSC objectives
· To Promote the baptism of the Holy Spirit · To foster a personal experience of Pentecost · To be of service to the renewal in the church · To support and encourage the Church's call for the New Evangelization. · To promote and foster the unity of the Charismatic Renewal in the Church · To seek and obey the will of the Lord for the anglophone Catholic Charismatic Service Committees in Canada · To liaise for the purpose of assisting the anglophone regional Catholic Charismatic Service Committees in Canada. · To communicate ideas, suggestions, resources and giftedness, among Regional Catholic Charismatic Service Committees. · In union with the leadership of the Church, to recognize the actions of the Holy Spirit in other Christian denominations. · To relate with other national and international bodies. |
